3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for our services
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies shared
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Engagement Terms

Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. These Terms of Service apply generally to all interactions withBridjin and supplement any specific engagement agreements.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees will be communicated in advance and agreed upon before commencement of services. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in the engagement agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments
• Refund policies will be specified in individual engagement agreements

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content developed by Bridjinremain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our proprietary materials without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our advisory services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes or results from our advisory services
• Success of any investment, transaction, or business decision
• Approval of funding or investment from third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridjin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Disclaimer

The information provided through our services and website is for general informational purposes and should not be construed as financial, legal, or tax advice. Clients should seek independent professional advice for specific situations. Past performance of investments or transactions is not indicative of future results.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for fees incurred for services rendered. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
